Receiving

Your suppliers deliver directly to our warehouse in Baiyun, Guangzhou.

What we do
  • Receiving deliveries from your various suppliers
  • Logging every package: count, weight, condition
  • Reporting any missing or damaged package immediately

Inspection

We inspect whatever you ask us to inspect, before the goods leave.

What we do
  • Opening a sample of cartons or all of them, as instructed
  • Counting quantities and visually inspecting the products
  • Checking labels and markings

  • Photos and video of the inspection in the app
  • Any discrepancies reported to you before loading

Consolidation

Several suppliers, one shipment and just one thing to track.

What we do
  • Grouping deliveries from all your suppliers
  • Palletising and stretch-wrapping packages
  • Load planning to optimise container space

  • Consolidated packing list TO BE CONFIRMED

Wooden crating

For heavy or fragile products, we reinforce the packaging before departure.

What we do
  • Made-to-measure wooden crates
  • Strapping and bracing packages
  • Wood treated to the ISPM 15 standard TO BE CONFIRMED
What you receive
  • Photos of the crates before loading
  • The cost of each crate on a separate line in the quote

Container loading

The container is loaded by our team, not by an intermediary.

What we do
  • Container loading by our technicians
  • Photos from the first carton until the doors are closed
  • Recording the container number
What you receive
  • The loading video in the app
  • The container number to track the shipment

Sea freight

Sailing from the port of Nansha in Guangzhou to Europe.

What we do
  • Booking space on a vessel leaving Nansha
  • Export documents TO BE CONFIRMED
  • Tracking the container to the port of arrival
What you receive
  • “Shipped”, then “In transit” status updates in the app
  • The carrier’s tracking link
Customs clearance on arrival: TO BE CONFIRMED
